CJP's Ashutosh Ranka was detained with several activists in Guwahati ahead of the group's regional volunteers' meeting. While being taken away, Ranka alleged Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was "scared" of CJP exposing school conditions and raised concerns over land, forests and water in Kaziranga.
