Srinagar Police has busted an organised inter-state pharmaceutical drug-trafficking network and arrested eight persons in connection with an FIR registered at Police Station Safakadal. The investigation has led to the recovery of over 2.19 lakh drug tablets/capsules, codeine-containing liquid, a heroin-like substance, ₹85.75 lakh in cash, gold worth crores, luxury items, a pistol and other articles.
